            Great pictures!

I have a question. I've heard these colour slides have a very high resolution like 4000x2000 Pixels or something like that.
            Is that true?
That would made it a very interesting and incredibly sharp picture to look at on the computer.

            Best regards,
            Nicolas

                Hi Nicolas.

                Thanks for the question.
Yes if the photographer took a very sharp clear image with a good camera and the slide film had been well protected over the years with little wear.. you can scan these images and achieve FANTASTIC results !!

                  evening guys

Sorry i have been so quiet these days.
                  Lots to do

But iv had a great last few weeks with collecting color slides and got in almost 600 military ww2 color slides in the last 5 weeks or so. Cant wait to add them onto pixpast but good things take a little time so.. you will spot them popping up in the next couple of weeks

But for now here are some really nice war time color slides of Hamburg Harbour. Enjoy.

                          Ian,

Please think about making a Book. This is the most incredible collection in the world. A Book with these Dias would be a dream for everyone interested in the Past.....
Probably a Book Series is more appropriate, though

                          Best Regards,

                          Nicolas
