hi guys.

So i received my box of Braunschweig slides this week.
Very nice.. 188 1941 - 1944 agfacolor slides from mostly the city center plus all the main historical sites and villages in the area.. cool collection
I will post a few samples here next weekend if I have time.

Also yesterday came in another lovely collection of germane war time slides with some nice technical shots.
Here are some of my favorites that I scanned this morning

They're incredible. There it all is come to life. The guys in the political organisations forum would love to see the shot of the Honour temple. That's a rare shot looking up to the mosaics on the ceiling.

Can anyone help me with this ? (from above photo)

(1) Is this man wearing the blood order medal ?
(2) What is the yellow symbol under the K ?
(3) What exact unit is this ?.. 14th panzer division....
(4) Any unit information ?
(5) Could this armband have something to do with war reporters ?

I received a great collection 300+ color slides from a Berlin family 1938 to 1940 this week. Lots of wonderful slides with still great colour and very sharp.
Here are the first scans from this new set.

No. The Blood order was wworn on the right pocket. Hard to tell what it it is.

(2) What is the yellow symbol under the K ?

It is a weight marker if I am not mistaker

(3) What exact unit is this ?.. 14th panzer division....

13th vec of fully moterised company #6. Hard to know for sure I do not have exat TOE of that unit handy

(4) Any unit information ?

Not from me
(5) Could this armband have something to do with war reporters ?
I think it is a Luft-armband of some form

Its both flower war medals, austria and tscheck. republic occupation.
