me too !
Here is another great shot.
Im reading at the moment the original 1945 version of Wing Foot (ww2 unit history of the 101st Cavarly Regiment)
I can actually match up many of the day by day entries to individual color slides in this amazing collection.
For example:
101st Cavalry Regiment hook up with French 2nd Armoured Division, 4th May 1945, Traun River near Siegsdorf, Autobahn

I just got this single shot because I like a nice color slide with a little tad of humour.
Hope you like it as well.

Happy you like it Consi !
Im very proud to own these color slides in my collection.
Very rare color slides showing the Funeral of General George S Patton in Heidelberg 1945.
Patton was always one of my heroes.

hi guys.
I think so as well.
The officer in the 101st Cavalry Regiment took 11 color slides of different parts of Pattons funeral.
I looked around and cant find any other color photos of this event.
Please God I can put together this mans photos into a nice photo book. Basically the last 85 days of World War Two in color...
Ian.
Here is a new one I just added at the weekend. Berlin Zoo 1938. From a small group of zoo color slides I bought over 10 years ago.
Not military but a fantastic example of pre war agfacolor photography. Beautiful rich colors.
Enjoy !

hi guys !
I hope your all having a nice weekend.
Things are a little quiet at the moment with collecting color slides but I still found a few nice little pieces to add to the collection.
Here are my favourites from the new stuff.
Best wishes.
