Hey Owen - awesome pic of you and Paris. Thanks. By the sounds of the news last few days, unfortunately, if you're going to see her again there's gonna be some metal bars between the two of you.

This is one of the best threads on the WAF - although I really enjoy learning and seeing new things here its nice to have a different perspective. I find it exciting to see that the collecting community extends far outside of a small realm of what we see here on the WAF and that possibly very knowledgable people could careless what gets talked about here.

Thanks for bring this back to life. I find Lemme's commentary awesome and had a great laugh.

well we all have very different lives indeed and get to do some very fun things with the hobby .
Here is a image I did for the Call of Duty Black opps game coming out in November.

Its a image of a uniform in my collection , its a SOG outfit .
I helped style 70 different characters in the game as well as style this advert used to promote the game .
Whats this got to do with the SS ?
Well COD is a WW2 game , black opps takes place after WW2 .........you will have to guess the rest as I am sworn to keep me mouth shut .

So old Lemmy wearing war stuff can influence young minds who once played with that model STUKA bombing the crap out of the barbie next door !!!

talking of Motorhead, some 17 years ago (when I was a member of Motorheadbangers fanclub) I had a limited edition Motorhead "warpig" silver ring from The Great Frog. it was numbered on the back "69"

anyone else got one of those rings?

The Great Frog is in Carnaby street in London and thats where Lemmy used to get a lot of his rings etc from.

I also got a Warpig pendant from the Great Frog too; carved from bone with a silver helmet and chains

have you guys read Lemmy's auto bio "white Line Fever"? he talks about his TR collecting in it.

he also makes some interesting comments about todays PC world when it comes to attitudes towards TR stuff.

One very interesting point Lemmy brings up about PC people who get on their high horses about wear nazi gear is the thin ice they stand on when pointing the finger at nazi racism.

the same time the nazis were doing their thing in the USA blacks were being discriminated against full-on.

so who's the nazi now

I am looking at the cover now, no swazi, but a Maltese cross is there. I have over 35 Motorhead LP's and 45's in my vinyl collection. Was a huge fan back in the day, I even have the pre Motorhead LP "Iron Fist and the Hordes From Hell".

but I used to love that shop. I considered the warpig ring myself, it was always on show
my best friend just got his wedding ring custom made from there...
four grand's (UKsterling) worth of black diamonds on a skull!
