              name

German zip codes have 5 digits so this number does not seem to fit. Goggle the Uepsen name to see if you get a town. The "No. 7" is odd to me as the German abbreviation for "number" is "Nr.". 5 Bilder is 5 pictures.

                Uepsen, I found this : http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uepsen

It is written in the back of my book, Kreta Sieg der Kühnsten Bildband

Thought it may relate to something

                Cheers !!

                  Hi,

Uepsen was a very small village with appr. 100 inhabitants, with the older postal code 2839.
N° 7 is the house number; they had no street name.

                  Uwe

                                Russian book title translation

                                Can anyone read Russian?
I ve had these for years but don't have a Russian dictionary, and the stylization of some letters has made it impossible to translate with google translator.

some have military photos in them.

I would really like to know titles and authors names spelled out in English so I can do a bit of research.
