The name I read " von Zychlinsky"

I think the signature is from "Marianne von Zychlinski". I foud her as auther in the named journal

"Volk im Werden" - No 8 -August 1938

Here the title of her article:

Can anyone please help me with this award-section? I get EK2 and EK1, and the rest have me puzzled.

Does it say Herzkrämpe on scann two? Which unit did this guy belong to?
