      Hi Bert

#5 I think you make a very small mistake I think its only a Borgward 3 to, Like my opinion the typ GW is only the Wehrmacht typ with the open cap.this one is the regular with hard cap.

        Hi Henning,

thank You very much for the corrction. I am relying on Holgers site www.kfzderwehrmacht.de . Maybe that´s my fault. Earlier I thought it is the type 3t D ( for diesel ) or the type 3t B ( for Benzin = petrol/gasoline ) relying on the directory of Wolfgang Gebhardt "Taschenbuch dutscher Lkw-Bau 1918 - 1945".

        Regards

Any ideas on this Armoured Vehicle? Might be a SdKfz, but not sure. It seems to have an open-topped fixed turret tho. I thought the stuff mounted on the front might be spare tracks, but now I dont think so.....
              Any help would be great!

                SdKfz

                Hi there,

This is a SdKfz 251, Ausf B ( or possible Ausf A, but I would go for a B) with a Pak 36 mounted on it. this type of vehicle was a SdKfz 251-10, but ai think these early models were essentially converted by the troops using a 'kit' sent to the unit.

                Cheers
                Steve

The photo which belongs to me is posted in the wrong section. Seems you have taken the photo from another site.
It should be here, although I don't believe I posted it here myself:

May I ask what your interest is in this symbol?

Does anybody recognise this little car? The radiator seems to show either Blitz or Deutz, neither of which make sense to me, but I am sure that someone out there recognisies the make and model. Thanks for looking, Kerry.

                          Hi Kerry:

Most likely an Opel Blitz 1 tonner more or less based on a delivery van concept.

Anybody recognise this model? Looks like it is powered by pressurised gas, from the cylinders on the roof. Thanks,
                              Kerry.

                                Hi Kerry:

                                Your car is a Fiat 1500 (1939-1944).

The compressed gas system was one of many substitutions for gasoline/petrol during the war period.

                                Cheers
