It's rather disgusting when you see a vet with tears in his eyes because the "author" he was almost considering as a son (in this case a son of a b...) doesn't contact him anymore.

I'm disgusted and I really think such names should be written here, and stay here forever as everlasting shame.
We should list all the stuff stolen because I think that if they would eventually surface for sale the sellers should be exposed and Police informed.
I'm a bit shocked that this seems a common behaviour but nobody even cares about that: books written by such scumbags should be banned from the collector community.
We are talking about crimes against old people, this is desgusting.

I agree with you, that their names should be revealed.
Taking advantage of seniors and Veterans is not right.
                              Talk about honour....

I do think people care its just that they don't want to
be sued for slander etc. or become involved. There
should be a (scam) alert though on the forums when it comes to the
Veterans, they won't see it on the computer most likely
but maybe someone whom knows them might keep an
eye out for them and advise them regualarly about these
                              people.

I think we should all man up when we see this happening.

Just received my yearly Christmas cards from Herr Ribbentrop,Herr Becker-Neetz and Heinz Steinmeyer, who was in the the Hitlerjugend and was captured at the battle of Caen by the British and sent to Camp 21, which is not far away from where i stay.
