        Almost transcribed an entire letter of a Kompanieführer to the widow of a man who was KIA in Belgium, but could use some help with a few last words....

        #2: Ich habe ihn …… ……. in …. …… Vynckt, auf einem freien Felde. (about his burrial)

            Ich habe ihn selbst bestattet in dem Dorfe... is what I read. It would be useful to see more of the writing to get a better feel for the penmanship.
