          Hallo all,

I need some help identifying these two unit signs.
Both are belonging to a Luftwaffe unit.
The first is an photo taken of a vehicle with LW plates on the Eastern front in August 1942.
From the second one is date and place unknown and looks like a dragon???

The Oakleaf insignia, I believe, is an early tactical symbol within the Regiment General Goering.

              Hi Aru,

in my opinion, is the TKZ on the left fender
that of the United Association General in command II.Flak Corps,
which the unit actually, TKZ left, subordinate. the
"Square", although I have seen this before but it can not
              assign

              Regards Dieter

That makes sense, Flak Batteries of the RGG were subordinated to Flak Rgt. 103 (II Flakkorps). This would explain the appearance of this insignia on fenders of RGG vehicles in France, 1940.

Thank you both for the reply on the oakleaf sign.
The back of the picture is dated August 1942, the vehicle is one of een Funker / nachrichten einheit, probably on the eastern front.
I can't read the place properly.

And any idea on the " flying dragon " sign?

The H in a circle was used by Panzergruppe 4 and the S could be the sign of HG Mitte.

has anyone an idea what that could mean? Its on a Mark III tank in the french campaign. It doesnt look like a Panzerregiment. In the turret is an officer. The K stands for Panzergruppe Kleist:

Two dots under rhomboid in Westfeldzug = 2.Panzer-Division.

No Alan, the "S" sign of Heeres Group Mitte is in a Shield,
This "S" is the sign of the XXXX.AK Commanded by Général Lieutnant Georg Stumme.
