Or is it an Observer's badge? I did wonder about the shape but it could simply be the angle I guess.....

Hi Terry,

Your flieger portrait is excellent!!! Thanks for sharing on this thread. Observers Badge only looks round due to the angle of the dangle.

I'm forever on the hunt for photos through at least three sources....my collector friends in Germany, Military shows in Germany and Belgium and Ebay.

Here are some more portraits that were waiting to be posted here...I have many more of these more common soldier portraits. Many folks pass them up but I like them and pick them up whenever I can. #41
