On this one I see more of a contrast and believe it to be yellow Flight tabs

Definitely more of a contrast in that last one than in the previous ones.

Bill and Jonathan,

compare the three of my HG NCOs (1, 2 and 3) to Bill's #1335 (4). I am not too sure how to explain it in (English) words, so have a look and judge upon the pics... I believe we see yellow tabs in #1335.
