Thanks again Bill for posting some of the photos. Can anyone tell me where exactly the Paratrooper memorial images were taken ? I'd imagine from the background that this memorial is somewhere in Italy or Crete.

I have not seen that Memorial before but I believe it might be in Italy. I don't think it was Crete...does anyone else know? - Bill

You may have seen this one before, but I think its a super photo, a recent addition to my collection from Eric, Max Schmeling on the way to Crete with I./FJR3.
