I'd bet the tunic in photo is the same tunic, notice the inward curvature to the horizontal portions of the rank tab, on both parallel planes. Looks identical to me...photoshop comparison should be able to confirm.

Hey, I did just that and IMO it is not the same wrap he is wearing in the photo.
