"merdock" hatte ja schon auf den Seiten 95 und 96 einen solchen Schlafsack gezeigt. Artikel #209, 210 und 212.

        Viel Spaß beim Ansehen.

          MG151 20mm

Here is my 20mm belt for MG 151 . As far as I know there was no regulations in wich order the different ammo should be in. So this is my mix.

                Nice set.
IFAIK the grey ones are inert for exercises only so not expected to be included in the ammo belt for a nightfighter (because the night tracers you put).
The 'M' on yellow high explosives ones, stands for 'Mine'.

                Regards
                Fran

Hello! Yes I know abut that , but someone told me they were used as " live ammo " only as a projektil to have more to shoot with.

But of course if the whole cartridge is inert its not working.

A common mistake is consider these pants as 'heated' but they weren't; just wired to give continuity to the boots, the actual heating element in its inner soles surfaces. Same happened to the jackets; the heating element were the gloves with the resistors placed in the back of the hands where the veins runs warming the whole hands.

Another thing is the rheostat which regulates the temperature isn't a sort of flight gear; was a piece of equipment firmly attached to the plane's side panel.

Dornier, very nice pants indeed; mid-late ones. Congrats

                          Best regards

Truly a great reference thread, except it would be if posters such as Harry hadnt removed the photos, can the posted pics be held also somewhere else for future years readers to benefit from, else this thread is going to become motheaten ! I would request posters to consider this as a long term archive not a short term airing of pics, so frustrating to read of something interesting yet pics have been pulled out.
