    MG15 kits

Wanted to get some opinions or maybe someone knows the answer to this. I recently picked up this light brown pouch with an FL number, a Werk number and a BAL mark. Someone else (Vet44) had one on another thread and someone suggested it was an MG15 werkzeugtasche. The 2 on the left of the photogragh are what I thought were the MG15 werkzeugtasche. They both have different FL numbers. Can someone explain the difference and give me an idea of what the right pouch is really for?

Thanks, I know what those are, but what is the distinction of the "pouch" type example with the belt loops? It has a different FL number.

                My latest find

Several types of MG 151/20mm rounds. They are all colored differently, but all are HE, self-destruct rounds. There is a phosphorous round in there, as well as the night tracer(the dark red band). Enjoy

The flash really brightens the yellows, in real light they are much more subdued, dull yellow. These are all loaded with markings.

Nice stuff Francois!! I have a line on a 30mm Mk108 from the same guy as these, but I have not picked it up yet. He also has the 15mm round which I understand is tougher to come by than the 20's.

                        Thanks....

Yes that's correct, 15mm is very difficult to get.... Tougher then 20's and 30's...

Here some 15mm MG 151/15 from of my collection...

I think I have projectile envy!! . I like your collection of these rounds alot. Arent they cool? I will be picking up a few more in the next few days. I have found a good source of them for pretty cheap compared to teh market price. I got the lot of 5 above for 200.00 total. Not too bad.

RamJet, I assume that you would be able to get these quite easily in Germany. I was told that there are still many that turn up in your country, but due to corrosion and weather, there is 1 out of 20 that are salvagable and displayable. Is this true?
