Nice items
The goggles you have are of the generic typ (smaller than the luftwaffe issued ones), meaning that they were used by all the branches of the wehrmacht. There´s photos that shows that they were used by the luftwaffe though. I have attached a photo of a pilot wearing these types of goggles.

Thanks for the kind words! And that's a nice photo Andreas
Here's a couple of original photos of a student pilot with his instructor. Both are wearing N & G goggles.
On the reverse is handwritten text which roughly translates to,'The student is sweating now but he will sweat more before the end'.

Hi all,
Sorry if I appear to be hi-jacking this thread but I find the topic very interesting.
I am seeking advice about two 'named' helmets in my collection. One is a Nethaube and the other is an LKpW 101.The aircrew names are faded as is the unit for the LKpW 101.
Is it possible to somehow 'raise' the writing without damaging the material??
I can post pics if it would help.
Thanks for your time.
Best Regards,
Robert

Thanks Merdock
Hungarian/German model 37 pistol I understand, what I don't get is the connection with the LW as to me it is a standart holster, but I may be wrong and accept to be corrected
