My opinion is that there is no specific rules with guns (and holsters) worn by members of the flying LW (as photos show them) except maybe the fact that the smaller they were the better it was.
But maybe others (in particular Jos) think differently and will correct me.

I just showed the use of the holster by a crewmember..,could've been anyone else though,'cause I also think these holsters were used allround,not LW only.

I think these holsters are normally associated with the Luftwaffe because the Femaru pistols that they went with were often Luftwaffe proofed.

I don't agree with that as I believe it is related more to operation theaters than to a specific branch.

Yes they are aircrew but of course could have been used by ground personnel. Nice pieces!
