                  thats the thing, many north ameicans come from european families of course.
                  German, french, english, irish etc.... and so a lot of the time, take those old medals away and you dont have a clue if they are german or US.

                    Besides the medals...only one POW is wearing anything German issue...i.e., the man on your left wearing a Army issue shirt. otherwise they are wearing US Khaki trousers, shirts and belts.
