This is on a small typed document. The cover has the name Arnold Weiss -Rüthel.
The last word in the signature might say "Rüthel" but I am not sure what is written before that.
Any help on the signature or document itself is highly appreciated, I don't know what I have here!Comment

It's the signature of the author, Arnold Weiss-Rüthel as noted on the title cover page. The name flows together and ends with the German double s, Eszett, written as "ß "which might be difficult to decipher if you're not looking for it. Apparently, the poem was part of a memorial radio broadcast produced by Weiss-Rüthel in 1947 during which various writers' works were presented.
