      Hi Kurzer,

I read that as follows :
      1. 18.6.1944
      2. 23.x.1944 (23.6.1944 would fit here chronologically)
      3. 8.7.1944
      4. 4.8.1944
      5. 24.2.1945
      6. 17.4.1945
      7. 19.4.1945

              Hallo Kurzer,

Apologies - I read that on the phone and so did not see it all as clearly as on a computer screen. Unfortunately I can not help with the locations on that. Hopefully someone can make out the placenames.

              Regards,
              Gerard

It must be Benner, as that fits my research.

It says ERnst Rauschenbach earned the EK2, EK1, and U-boat War Badge for his service on U-117 & U-78 sometime during WW1 (no specific dates for them). It says he is entitled to wear those badges, as this is a post-war doc. It's issued by the "U-boat division" in Kiel. The stamp - what I can read of it - is from the Kaiserliche Marine.
