                    "der Luftwaffe" of the Luftwaffe. According to the stamp on the document it would be Reserve Kriegslazarette der Luftwaffe 4/III. The numbers would simply tell you exactly which hospital this was.

                              but... now, my question is: How can a soldier of the AKP 541 (Armee-Kraftfahrpark - Motor Vehicle Fleet Army) belonging to Heeresgruppe Südukraine southern Russia set to end in a Luftwaffe hospital in Drontheim (Norway)?

                                He was woundet 3.7.1944 and awardet 5.7.1944. So he must be wounded near Drontheim/Norway. May be he (his unit or part of it) have been sent to Norway?
