      20.05.1941 posted as missing east of Herkalion
      06.07.1941 listed as wounded and in hospital
      III./Fallschirmjäger Regiment 1

      There was probably a delay in the family being informed.

                      I´ve some names. Adolf Wehner was killed in Kreta commanding 13./FJR1

                            I THINK THAT I HAVE AN ACCOUNT FROM ONE OF THE MEN OF 13./FschJgRgt.1 SAYING HOW OBLT WEHNER WAS KILLED IN HERAKLION. I WILL FIND IT AND LET YOU KNOW. I HAVE INCLUDED THE STORY IN MY UPCOMING BOOK.

                              I saw that there was a man named Otto Kiebach buried in block 1 in Maleme but I didn't know if he was the same man
