    Very nice document, Patrick!

As Erwin said, Landstorm Nederland saw indeed action during Market Garden. If I am correct, the III. Bataillon of Landstorm Nederland fought in the Arnhem/Oosterbeek area.

        Not only interesting documents.

Here is another item of my StuG Brigade 244 group with a relation to Holland 1944. It's the EK2 document from Wilhelm Bormann who served with 1/ StuG Brigade 244 during the fightings in Holland. It's signed by Generalleutnant Erwin Sander (245 Infantery Division) on 4 november 1944. Part of the group is displayed in the book Autumn Gale written by a good friend of mine.

Please don't hold back yourself with posting interesting documents related to Holland 1944 or 1945 Dennis

On the picture is Generalleutnant Erwin Sander which i found on the net

          Very interesting document, Erwin.
I had never sawn the face of Gen. Sander.

I will try to post something this week.

Very nice StuG.Brigade 244 EKII document Erwin. I remember seeing it along with Bormann's Wehrpass and rest of the grouping when you posted it in the "17.September Market Garden" thread many years ago... It was also nice to see it featured in Autumn Gale! I purchased a copy several months ago but hadn't been able to sit down and look through it until a week or two ago. Simply put the book is OUTSTANDING!!! I hope to find some time this year to read it in its entirety.

Dennis, looking forward to seeing what it is you will be posting

                Best,
                Rob

Nice one Patrick and thanks for showing it here on the forum.

That guy was still believing in it at such a late stage of the war.

I do remember that one from many - many years ago, somewhere in the 80ties.

                      Best regards

To share something from my collection. Scott just updated his website and posted a great article about 1./Flottillenstamm-Regiment. This unit fought at Oosterbeek under both Kampfgruppe Krafft and Kampfgruppe von Tettau. Together with the article he posted a Soldbuch set from my collection from a member that served with the 1./Flottillenstamm-Regiment and was awarded the EKII Klasse for Operation: Market Garden. The document is signed by Generalleutnant Hans von Tettau.

You can find the article here:

                              http://www.defendingarnhem.com/Flott...mregiment.html

                              ..and the document set here:

                              http://www.defendingarnhem.com/Rosteck.html

Ps. Floris, I see you too made a nice addition to the website. Very nice Soldbuch!

Nice set Dennis, together with an additional informative article on Scott's site.
