However, mine does not have the foam lining on the upper lid. Will post some further pix in that thread once better lighting.

Another cracking new form, 1st pattern RK From the photo it looks like there is a trace of the so called 'dent row' on the 3 O clock arm, which would make this a B type frame. Better photos are needed though, as in full face on shots.
