Man its just been to slow on this thread, so here is a little pick up I scored last week out of the wood work. Based on the name above the bed in one of the photos we have: Kan. Rudolf Heidrich who was probably an Artillery guy in the and was captured. It comes with a DAK ring, basically a photo album and a half, a book or two and some ww1 stuff all mixed in. Kinda a cool little set that will be going to market eventually but figured you guys would enjoy seeing it.

My thoughts are that the photo album was put together by his sister or maybe a friend or something to that effect. Matt

The loose photos are kind of interesting, I think buddies of his from his HJ troop. There is one Kriegsmarine one, a couple of a luft officer in a tropical uniform and as he was getting married, a death card to another Soldier as well. Matt
