I couldn't either Scott. I'd recommend Googling "webster displays". It brings up their phone number. I'd call Dave to see if he's still supplying material. If not, there's plenty of his stuff on ebay - pretty much at what he was retailing it at.

      Good luck!

              Hello

I like this tab. I was expecting to see more tarnish. But I listen and look.

I’d buy it ( if etc)

                90th Division and German Camouflage

Years ago I picked up a load of unissued SS and Army Camouflage items from a 90th Division veteran in Minnesota. He got it all in the captured Salt Mines were the Germans stored alot of these things, he sent it all home to use for deer hunting after the war. Lucky that he never got around to using the items.

Today what I think is the last bit of material from this vet's group has arrived.

I have no idea what the hand-painted shield is on the Q62 M40 helmet, and the M-16 camo is a really nice complete example. The flare gun has a little surface rust on the other side, but I 'm going to tuck it in the belt of the smock so it should look ok.

Thanks again to all who've come on and commented and I look forward to seeing many of you at the SOS.

                  Regards!

                      Hi Bill,

Appreciate the comment on the camo and yes, the general consensus among a couple of my other friends who have seen the M40 earlier this evening were foreign volunteer as well.

So the question is - what countries had colors like this (Latvia, Austria, Croatia, ???). I know the shields for the Latvians and Croatians looked different than this. I'm not saying it's one of them, just throwing some thoughts out there.

                      Regards!

                      Bob

I left that one off because I thought they would be the last ones to have volunteers.

Fake, fake fake - all of it. Send it to me - apparently I know nothing and collect crap

Great catches on all fronts - insignia, camouflage and headgear
