Jeff V, with respect, do you think I defend Lorenzo? I could call you names because of that, but I will not. Have you gone through the posts I have made for the last 10 years? You should know where I stand. What I think would be the best and most fair is if Lorenzo would defend him self. Not by other people.

I totally agree with Felix. I have no dog in this fight but I would like that we stick to facts. There are enough of "Experts" here missing historical facts about producing cloth for zelts, helmet covers and camocaps.

I tried to make a difference and help fellow collectors with advice - and chime in when it was needed. I owe that because I have learned a lot here and I want to pay back. We all want original insignias, uniforms and head gear. Thats my goal, believe it or not. Perhaps a few collectors would agree. Its for the others to determine.

That's indeed one of the many things that tell me he is the same man. Another is severe anger management issues.

Also member "A c h t u n g !" was the same man IMHO. Yet another of his aliases that got expelled. He can change his accounts but not his nature.

If Disco Patisian and bnz.42 are the same person then that is a fraud and Disco or who ever he is ??? now defends Lorenzo and his covers, thus we have a case of "birds of a feather flock together".

Hopefully this fraud in identity is not true but I would like to acknowledge while I have the chance, the outstanding job that "bnz.42" or "Honor" as he called himself then did on the Roll of Honor Clasps; http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=699185. I totally agree.

I see no good reason why any forum member here would choose to hide behind a made up name and not want to prove who they really are when their true identity has been been questioned.

So I think it's vital that Disco tells us who he really is.
Why should we believe anything that he says if he refuses to even tell us his real name?

It might seem that I'm picking on him unfairly but that's not my intention.
I just want to know who he is because he is trying to influence quite a few different threads and topics, not just this one.

I went back and looked at the helmet cover thread on GHW and seen there were more Italian type covers posted.
What's alarming is the cloth peaks and the abundance of Sized helmet covers.
They seem very common but are an extreme rarity
The faker got into his groove making all the bells and whistle toot and chime nicely
