Saw some nice eagles at the weekend and picked up a few. Here is an odd one:
Private purchase or fake ?

This flatwire is accepted as authentic Steve. I'd like to see some period photos of them; know of any Jos?

I'm with John on this. Flat wires are original, but I too have not seen a photo of them on a tunic.

I do not have one of these in my collection for this reason. Need a photo so I can add the eagle

Works for me! Willi, better start looking for reasonable tickets.

Too many years ago to tell, I had a Leutnant's flying blouse with the other style Bevo eagle in flatwire, original to it. I think these bevo eagles were used a lot on flying blouses.
