Very nice ME109 panel Larry, painted in sand yellow (sandgelb)
Here's mine that was sandgelb but then overpainted in green by hand. (I guess they couldn't be bothered to mask it for spraying)
Pretty typical for an ME109 operating over Tunisia in 1943.
Note the bullet hole. Not sure of the calibre.

Fieseler Storch is my best guess.
Color pattern is the same as found on many Storch’s.
Rib ties on the back are horizontal, same as on a Storch and the spacing of them looks correct.
Size is correct for a Storch.
Nice piece, and one to be very proud of.

Just found this on a UK dealers website. I'm not at all sure about those '303 bullet holes'. It all seems rather too neat?

To be accurate, the part pictured is the vertical stabilizer which is made of aluminum. The rudder would attach to this and would have been cloth covered. Guessing from the camouflage, possibly from North Africa.
