        RAD Depot stamp.

The stamp is pretty far gone. There is a trace of the square in the upper left corner, the that are numbers and a letter : H 40?

RAD / ??? That's all I can make out. DL

          Non-depot marked cap

I came across this Luftwaffe black cap.
Unlike the caps shown here there is no depot marking at all. The only stamp is the makers details, which are difficult to read.
          58 F 42 Mutzen Fabrik, Dresden *, Rheydt*
I am afraid I have no other information about this cap's history.
Unlike most Luftwaffe round cloth badges this one does not appear to have a white ring on the outer, further the eagle appears to be machine sewn not hand sewn.

B II marking show secondary re-issue, they marked all what returned back to the depot

I'm now fairly sure that the "BII" etc Heeresbekleidungsamt stamps seen in so many cloth items do NOT refer to a secondary Berlin depot but rather to the Bernau or "Berlin-Bernau" depot. The Berlin depot in Lehrter Straße was moved to Bernau in 1942.
Wonder why so many BII stamped Pz hats ended up with Soviet capture stamps? Read the link.

The one in Bernau is a huge depot with seperate buildings, hence the BII or BIII stamps.
