I hope it was a cheap purchase. Just keep doing research and chugging along. Best of Luck on future purchases. Always know what you are spending money on. Of course, sometimes you have to take a risk on certain items and sometimes you can turn out to be a winner.

Hi, the sleeve eagle forn NPEA tunics should be embroidered on brown and not on black

            Rust's Hat in 1934

Here is a photo from NPEA Ballenstadt (Anhalt) from mid 1934 where we see Reichsleiter Rust from the Prussian Education Office at the NaPoBi Schule with HJ and Party Leaders. In the foreground is, I believe Lauterbach with an Early E. Pack or Carl Wusthof HJ Knife (note the large grip screws and elongated crossguard) and the NaPoBi Schule Leiter Hiller at the far right in an HJ Uniform. This comes from an album I have with 325 period photos of this school.

Probably NOT White, but rather yellow for early officer HJ rank system.

Terrific pic, Ron. You do not see many of the early color-banded hats in wear. I agree, the band is probably yellow, and would have silver piping for Oberbannfuhrer. (White band would be for Bannfuhrer, but this does not appear white).

                    .

Hehehe.....I can't believe that this old thread is still going! After having collected for awhile now, the NPEA tunic that I posted originaly is definately not an original. Plastic injected sleave buttons are on it as well! UGH!!! There are some items that are good on the set though. The HJ armband and the HJ diamond. The pants looks good to me too.

                      Allenstein

When this thread started I mentioned that no school with this name ever existed and, in my book: Waffenleite Presenting NPEA Daggers of the Third Reich, I had shown a photo of the Allenstein Triangle stating it was a movie prop and not a known school.

                        Nice album, Ron!
I would say this photo has to be from 1935, though, as the SA man with the interesting tabs is wearing long service stripes rather than the sleeve chevron. I suspect he is wearing medical insignia behind each tab--that or the 'V's for admin are the only insignia that were (for a short time) worn behind both tabs.

Close ups of a good NPEA shoulder strap to compare with the first one shown on the thread.

I understand a school at Landstuhl was built but never used for its intended purpose. Is this true?

The only school that was built and never used that I know of was Lambach.
