Very cool document that provides insight of POW life in a US interment camp.
The caption under the image of a soldier shown with the M43 cap reads:
"In remembrance of (Camp) Clinton, portrait of a dear friend Werner Westberg,
                                Prisoner of war, February 1946"

                                (or something along those lines)

The caption under the General portrait reads:
In remembrance of our time spent together as "POW" at Clinton, February 23, 1946

If you want more translated let me know!
