                              I just love this photo ... from a 1943 British Wartime Newspaper, a Tommy greeting two Afrikakorps POW's in North Africa..Cheers, Torsten.

                                it is a great shot, but nothing overly offensive. He is simply giving the Winston Churchill "V for Victory" symbol to them.
