      Rob,

Those uniforms were their combat uniforms. The photos I posted are dated between 1941 tp 1943 so I would assume the Army, FJ may have been captured in earlier raids/fighting in Belgium, France Holland 1940 and many of the decorated Luftwaffe officers could have been shot down on their raids over England. Hard to say but when captured they wore what they had, You will not see the evidence of worn and torn uniforms that took place from many later battles fought in the east and west (pre D-Day landings) Bill

        Bill:

Is the KM NCO on the right hand side of #492 wearing a Hilfskreuzer badge?

          Joe,

I don't know much about KM badges but here is a close up of that KM NCO wearing a badge and behind him is a mann wearing the same kind of badge along with an EK1 - Bill

Here is another recent arrival. Has stamp censure Depot 1-6A 43 & Sept 1946 written on the reverse. Probably a British run German POW Camp in England.

Here are some interesting POW photo pickups.......The uniforms don't look German and they are wearing armbands that are not familiar to me. An additional card marked Ottawa, Canada with names came with the photos.
