This 11.Pz Panther 412 was destroyed :
I have two differents captions :
- Saint-Claude ( Jura departement ) the 8/15 september 1944 with three others on the road Pont-d'Ain to Saint-Claude after the battle of Méximieux (31 august/3 september 1944 )
- Saint-Vallier ( in Saône et Loire ) 8/15 september 1944 but there is a town named Saint-Vallier in the Rhône valley.
Who knows more?

The second 11.Pz Panther was destroyed in the Montélimar - Livron sector (south of Valence the 24/28 august 1944 with 14 others Panthers.
Stefan, have you more information about this Panther, exact location?

This PzIV wreck belongs to a Kampfgruppe Pz.Rgt.15 (11.Pz) and was destroyed on the road Thivars -Ablis near Chartres the 15 august 1944
Find here an other view of this PzIV with french men.

Panther pics 178-181
As far as I know and according to the original captions this Panther was ko'd at Saint-Vallier in the Rhône valley.

Here are some interesting pics although these vehicles are not KO'd they were surrendered to their American captures I would say in between April & May 1945
