                Can anyone decipher the names of these two places in Tunesia?

                  This first name I read " Pinhan " the other one " Mawar ".

                  It's difficult to read Tunesien names written by a German (or Italien) clerk. In original

                  language the names are written in arabic script and they are translitterated in our script -

                  same with Russian scrip.
