      I think it says the town is -Jarzewo - which is near Smolensk in Russia

            * What is the letter before the word Kompanie?
            * Which unit could this be?
            * What is the name of the Hauptmann?

            I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
            Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.

                  I read "J.-Komp. 57. 16. Pz. Div." which would be Instandsetzungs-Kompanie 57 which the blue stamp verifies. Can't read the signature of the Hauptmann, but there could only be one leading the unit with the 16. PD.

                      It must be 57 / 6.Pz.Div. though, 57 was used as supply unit number by 6.Pz.Div.
