Hello Pauke - Here is what I got from WAF'er Nic, who lives near Moscow, regarding my document:

This doc says that:
Prisoner of war name date of birth is now freeman, and he can go to his native town in Germany, also postal code and number of red army depot. This german soldier, says document, can go out of POW-lag. his native town in germany is kaldenblatte.

In this other there are two names that I can´t read. The other I think that they are Behrends, Lecher, Schenk, Leü, Paüs and Loop.
