I would very much appreciate help with translating this letter. I can follow the gist that it is a reply to a youngster (probably HJ) from Otto Kumm, thanking him for his kind congratulations but i would really like to get a full translation if possible

Can anyone please translate this annotation on the backside of a photograph.
I can only read 'Fw Spring' at the beginning and 'Reichshof!' as the last word (which I beleive might be the Flugplatz).
Any help will be very much appreciated.
