Really bad handwriting and difficul to read!

I found out a few words:

"----Einzugs der tapferen Truppen vom November Ereignis(?)

                1) Rechts von mir Reg. Präsident

                2) mir gegenüber Franz(?)

                3) von Tettau

                https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hans_von_Tettau

                4) von hinten Schmackendorff / Schwackendorff ??"

Many thanks Gerdan. November Ereignis may of course refer to the November 1918 capitulation and the Dolchstoßlegende. The seller identified the central person with the Pickelhaube as Kaiser Wilhlem Ii, but I'm not fully convinced, also because his shoulder boards appear to be that of a Generalleutnant, not of a Fieldmarschall, and don't appear the cypher worn by Kaiser Wilhelm II.

Thanks again for your help, it may assist in identifying what we're looking at.
                  Kind regards,
                  Sandro

                      Hello !

                      #13401 :
I also find it extremely difficult to read. Perhaps this can be done only step by step.
In addition to what was already deciphered, some ideas :

The date could also be : 7. X. 40 (an X with two dashes on top and below ?)
                      3) dann Tettau ?
                      the last name : 4) ... Schenckendorff (?!)

                      Best regards,

                      Archi

Many thanks so far, gents. I’ll spend some time this weekend cross checking the info against events documented on the www, and see whether that takes us further.
