Thanks. That was my impression too. But I dont find any Spatz within 1939er officers list nor have i ever heard of an officer Spatz within PzRgt1.

Hello, I need some help to read some entries in this recently acquired Wehrpass
The problem, more than the translation, is reading the terrible Suetterlin!

1) Spoken foreign languages: english, french... And?

2) Training:I read about the military drining licences of 3 classes, then a NCO course, and probably a second one; the next entries must be concerning vehicles and driving training, but can't sort out exactly...

3) Units. The last one is the HQ Company of the FJD4, but what about the other one? I guess it's the same unit with a different name, but can't decipher it.

4) Promotions. What is the last one?
