                        Hi Guys
Can anyone help with these two? I could take a guess at these but it would be just that.

I would ignore the pencil written 8.Pz.Div and 8.Pz.Rgt as both photos show the same vehicle and crew.
                        Thanks in advance

Once again, the fuehrer has awarded a number of Ritterkreuze, and once again a person from Hamburg was among them.
Then a brief description of his military career to that point, and the acts for which he was awarded the RK.

Major Graf Schimmelmann was an officer candidate and lieutenant in the First World War. In 1935 he reentered the army and was promoted to major in 1939. He participated in both the eastern and western campaigns. In combat he tallied 83 enemy tanks, 48 AT guns and 8 artillery batteries. On 12 April 1941 he and his battalion attacked Ft. Natalinci and took over 200 prisoners. Through this decisive action an enemy formation that threatened the division's advance was destroyed. This success was due to the personal action of the commander who led the attack from the front.
