Hi does that mean "In memory of your dear brother Fridolin" ? Fridolin is an unusual name.

          Gebirgsjager with bayonet

Here's a Gebirgsjager, I believe, with a bayonet. On the back, I think is a location name and year.

                Maj. Freiherr von Kunsberg

Here is Major Freiherr von Kunsberg. I was told he led a Sonderkommando unit, but I don't know. Is the white jacket a summer type officer's jacket?

So we now know where he was from. He appears to be an enlisted man. Is that your impression? Is Fridolin a nickname or an actual first name?

I have some problems with the writing in general. It start with the first two words which I can not read.

                          "Major Freiherr von Künsberg - August 1941 - in Leschino/Laschino ? (Ruhe ?)"

3255 perhaps begins with Batl. = Bataillon and with a stretch Bataillon Fuehrer?
