I can easily read the placename "St. Veith/ Glan "- an Austria city near the river Glan:

      http://www.stveit.carinthia.at/stveit/

      The letters could be "W.M.A." - Wehr-Melde-Amt - something like a draft/military registration office

                            Ciao Gerdan,
                            Thank you.

Can you tell me what written here:

                            Urteil: TDU (is correct?)

                              TDU: correct

A 1 and the cipher 2 is set a bit higher

                              Ass(assistenz)-Arzt und Tropenarzt

A 72 and again the cipher 0 and A 1 2 but the cipher 2 is set a bit higher

                              K.V. T. O. U. or D. U.

One must know the meaning of the letters acipher combination (medical meaning)

What does the entry on the top of the page on the left say? (the 1945 entry)

I just received a reply to my thread that it is Russian.

new update from thread--- "On page 15 it is written that he was a member of the Army of Ostpreußen and they surrendered on May 8th, 1945 to the russians."

                                Thanks,
