Here is another RAD portrait with an interesting story behind it. I have two of these, which is not completly uncommon, but usually from the same seller. I had the first one for at least a year. Got it from a seller in the US. One day, a good while later I was browsing the sale forum on another site and I noticed a lot of various paper items for sale. The photo showed all the items in one pile, not individual scans. There was a few things in there that looked decent. As I looked closer, I recognized one portrait. It was a duplicate of one I already had, shown above. It was a different seller, somewhere in Europe I believe. I picked up the lot. It was the exact same postcard portrait, same studio stamp on the rear also. What are the chances of that happening? Anyone have a similar story?Attached Files

I must have a catalog of the Heeres-Kleider-Kasse showing this type of coat somewhere, but I can't quite recal where I stored it. I will probably find it when I have moved in to the new house.
Nice postcards you have there Steve,
