Here's a Tiger and her crew. I believe there's a unit marking on the Tiger's hull. Can someone identify it?

Hi Akira,

Thanks for pointing out the number. I can kind of make out the 3, but can you be sure it's the 13th Kompanie and not the 3rd? Also, what Panzer Regiment, Panzer Division did this Tiger belong to? Another thing, why is the end of the 88's barrel covered up? Was it for security or travelling purposes? I see there's a marking on what looks like a tool box on the right side of the turret. Is that a divisional insignia?

What is so fun about collecting photographs? Owning great photographs is, but research process is much more interesting, and I would like you to feel it... It's just a google click away in this case probably... Asking and getting an answer is one thing, but researching years (often tens of) is something I really enjoy about this hobby.
