Thank you Bill! Your information is of great value for me.

I will keep an eye on different vehicles, and post them here. I guess I must have a couple of hundred photos with differen ones. Unfortunatly - my knowledge to the different types are close to zero.

There might be some interresting ones in the next couple of albums I'll scan the coming weeks.

    Anyway - I'll post them.

      Thank you Tor:

I will post a few examples of such vehicles I have captured off of ebay or other sources in the next few posts.

As a by the way, I worked for Volvo and Saab for about 25 years and lived in Sweden for 2 years, Peru 2 years and Canada 2 years and this helped to increase my knowledge of American vehicles used in those areas.

I also visited Norway many times as well as Danmark and Finland and, of course, most of South America.

Jag pratar Svenska ganske bra och lite Norska men inte mycket.

The next photo is taken at Ringsaker in Norway, and show the car park the Germans has aquired from Norwegian owners.

                Hønefoss Bryggeri = Hønefoss brewery

I guess transport of beer to Norwegian customers was put aside during this time. Hønefoss is a small town west of Oslo - and when the Brewery truck was gone - the population was hit "hard"

                  Not a clue

As I have stated earlier - I don't know much about WWII automobiles.

Not bad. But old, and one Norwegian are left without his "beauty"

                        Hi Tore:

Great photos and Thank You very much!!

                        #725 is a Mercedes 230
#726 are all Dodge vehicles. Most of the larger trucks are 1937 and 1938 models, the smaller one second from left is a 1939.
#727 is a Chevrolet "Bulldog" COE of I believe, 1938.
                        #728 is an Opel Admiral
                        #729 is a Ford AA
#730 looks like another Dodge but I do not know what year model.

                            Hi pimpf

I would say your car is a Mercedes Benz 290 Cabriolet.

See this pic from "MERCEDES PKW UND LKW 1935-1945."

                            Cheers
