    thx

    Bill,

Thank you for your thorough and erudite commentary. I think you've pretty much touched on all points.

Your comments made me think also that speed would play a part in comfort and cars then would not travel as fast as they do now nor road conditions be as ideal.

    thanks again!

      ebay car

I just saw a set of photos for a car that sold on ebay and was curious what kind of vehicle it was. Can anyone identify it?

Interesting to know if the eagle on the grill was in reference to the 3R or just a bird ornament so to speak.

        Hi Tony:
Your vehicle is an Adler, most likely a Trumpf Junior of 1936-1937 or so.
The bird image is just that, an Eagle.

Bill thanks for the answer. I really like the lines on this vehicle.

And I guess with a make like 'Adler'....what else would you put on the grill but an eagle .

I'm sure my unidentified vehicle is very easy to identify, but I just don't have the knowledge to do it. So, I submit it here for the experts!

            Thanks in advance
            Jason

II./Artillerie-Regiment 63 (with Truppenkennzeichen which looks similar to that of 197.Infanterie-Division, which was in the same Armeekorps)
