Not sure who this is, but he is Bavarian, as is the Officer to his left. If anyone has any suggestions I can check names against the medals, which, for the most part, I can make out.

By the way, the other officer is Georg Ritter von Hengl (later Ritterkreuzträger und General der Gebirgstruppe, holder the Deutsche Olympia-Erinnerungs-Medaille )
